Short on time? Want to fit in a quick workout? Our Quick Cycle class is just 30 minutes of intense drills and pedaling to awesome music that will suit anyone’s needs. This fast-paced class is perfect for those who want to fit in a quick, but effective, workout.
This ride is all about the stats – 55 minutes where you bring the power! Our Power Cycle class will guide you through many drills and intensity levels, allowing you to build up your fitness level over time. With the ability to save your ride results, this class is a great way to build your outdoor riding skills indoors. Remember, it’s a journey, not a race!
