This ride is all about the stats – 55 minutes where you bring the power! Our Power Cycle class will guide you through many drills and intensity levels, allowing you to build up your fitness level over time. With the ability to save your ride results, this class is a great way to build your outdoor riding skills indoors. Remember, it’s a journey, not a race!
Perfect Fitness is the perfect gym! I look forward to going there every time as it is clean air and great equipment and I love the Himalayan salt wall sauna along with the variation of classes. The BEST fitness studio around! I have taken my fitness to the next level with the help of their awesome classes and supportive instructors. The sauna and CryoLounge+ have been immensely helpful in keeping me on track to meet my goals. They have something for everyone all within the CLEANEST fitness facility in South Jersey!
This is not your typical "gym", it's a FULL fitness Studio. There is so much to offer members from specialized Instructor workouts and overall fitness classes, a huge Spin cycle room that will blow you away, to Yoga and Sauna rooms, state of the art treadmills, full body massage chairs everywhere you look and TWO golf simulator rooms that use the same Trackman devices seen on the PGA Tour. I already took 10 stokes off my game. And yes, they also have a weight room. You have got to see this place !!
Perfect Fitness Gym is great for your body and your mind. The classes are for everyone. Men and women attend classes like boot camp, spin, yoga. We have a blast! For me and my co gym buddies, we even bring our Grandchildren for Kids Classes. There is something for every member of the Family. I finally found the Perfect Place to well, be perfectly For!

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid loose or baggy clothing that may get in the way during the ride. You may also want to bring a towel and water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
