Our fitness classes feature a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises designed to improve your overall fitness and health. Each class includes a warm-up, followed by the main workout, and ends with a cool-down and stretch.

P-Fit Core Fusion

A combination of Pilates, yoga, stretching, abs, and light weights for the ultimate workout. Beginners are welcome!

P-Fit Total Body Burn

A high-intensity class that packs cardio and strength training into one. Equipment used includes weights, bars, bands, and resistance balls for a total body burn.

P-Fit Upper Cuts

A 30-minute upper body strength workout that focuses on strength training using dumbbells to increase your strength and define your arms, shoulders, biceps, and triceps.

P-Step 30

30-minute step and sculpt class. The first half of the class is easy to follow step that will challenge you and rev up your heart rate. The last half of the workout is a series of exercises using dumbbells to offer you some strength and toning benefits. Groove with us! The class is targeting at intermediate exercisers.

Level UP

Change is what the body needs! – This 60 minute class is for every fitness level packed with cardio & weights training that will change weekly with 3 variations of levels. You know your limits and we will guide you to the next level for maximum results!

Butts & Gutts

30min workout is exactly as it sounds. We work the hamstrings, quads, thighs and gluts for about 15 minutes and then turn our energy to the “guts,” aka six-packs-in-the-making for 15min & we put the two together. Burn and Build, all in one!

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Athletic shoes with good support are also recommended.

No! Our general fitness classes are designed for everyone, regardless of experience. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate and get a great workout.

Our class sizes vary, but we strive to maintain a small and intimate class setting to ensure that our instructors can provide individualized attention and adjustments when needed.

You don’t need any special equipment for a general fitness class, but we may use equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX straps in some classes. All equipment will be provided by the studio.
