No! Our Zumba classes are designed for everyone, regardless of experience. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate and get a great workout.
Our class sizes vary, but we strive to maintain a small and intimate class setting to ensure that our instructors can provide individualized attention and adjustments when needed.
You don’t need any special equipment for a Zumba class, just comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We may use small hand weights or other props in some classes, but these will be provided by the studio.
