From Yoga, step, Pilates, Zumba, and state of the Art spin room. All kinds of equipment ..they also have massaging chairs a state-of-the-art salt sauna, showers. Immaculate And if that isn't enough they have a snack bar that makes fresh protein shakes all different kinds always a different variety. They also offer Golf lessons with a golf simulator.. And all around fantastic place to be. We met Tammy and Larry. They explained to us what Future Fitness was about and what they offered. Well I picked up the weekly classes sheet. I turned to my wife and friend. If u 2 don't joined and lose weight. There's s Frigging something wrong. Because there are many classes. I never did a spin class before in my life. Now I became hooked on. Also speeded 8lbs. And that's not doing classes. Because I also life weights. I highly recommend to fabulous Fitness center. I also pass out free passes to come and it. My wife and our friends that joined. I was intimidated for years at the thought of taking fitness classes at a gym until I came across Tammy and Perfect Fitness. All the people there are great and there is an extra bonus I get with surrounding myself with people with the same healthy habits that keeps me motivated to keep it going. The spin room is huge and the classes are convenient times. I love the message chairs, cryo bed and sauna for pre and post workouts especially bootcamp. I also like the fact if I can't do a class there is the variety of gym equipment needed so I can still get my workout in. This ride is all about the stats – 55 minutes where you bring the power! Our Power Cycle class will guide you through many drills and intensity levels, allowing you to build up your fitness level over time. With the ability to save your ride results, this class is a great way to build your outdoor riding skills indoors. Remember, it’s a journey, not a race!
